Anemone X Hybrida ‘Whirlwind’

Anemone x hybrida ‘Whirlwind’ is a particularly large and elegant Japanese anemone. Best suited to the back of partially shaded flowerbeds, its white, saucer-shaped blooms literally stand out above other plants as they grow on sturdy stems up to 1.2m (4’0″) tall in the late summer. These flowers are complemented by vivid, palmate foliage, which spreads in clumps throughout the season.
