Aubrieta ‘Axcent Deep Purple’

Beautiful rich purple flowers smother this low-growing evergreen perennial in early spring. Aubrieta ‘Axcent Deep Purple’ has a longer flowering period than most Aubretias, flowering for up to eight weeks, and making a superb compliment to spring flowering bulbs and shrubs. With a spreading, mat-forming habit, Aubretia is perfectly at home in rock gardens, spilling over sunny banks, patio containers or as a ground cover plant in hot dry borders.
