What types of plants do you specialize in?
We offer a wide variety of plants including fruit trees (apple, pear, citrus, dwarf varieties), flowering plants (begonias, clematis, cottage garden plants), bulbs (daffodil, crocus, dahlia), exotic plants, and practical gardening tools. Our selection caters to both ornamental and productive gardening needs.
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer plants for all skill levels, from easy-to-grow annual bedding plants and children’s flower plants to more specialized exotic plants. Each product page includes care instructions to help your plants thrive.
How are live plants packaged for shipping?
Our horticultural team carefully packages each plant type appropriately: bare-root plants with moisture-retaining materials, individually wrapped bulbs and tubers, and temperature-sensitive items with insulating materials. We treat every shipment with the same care we’d give our own nursery plants.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience. All transactions are processed securely.
Is there a minimum order amount?
While there’s no minimum order requirement, orders over $50 qualify for free economy shipping. For standard shipping ($12.95), there’s no minimum spend.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected]. After this period, as we process orders quickly, changes may not be possible.

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will verify if we can ship to your location.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking and signature confirmation.
Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.

How do you protect plants during extreme weather?
Our team monitors weather patterns and may delay shipments if extreme temperatures could affect plant health. We’ll notify you if your shipment needs to be postponed for the wellbeing of your plants.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
We recommend:
– Inspecting plants immediately upon arrival
– Watering bare-root plants if roots appear dry
– Planting most items within 48 hours for best results
– Contacting us within 15 days if you have any concerns

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Plants must be in their original condition, and we may require photos to assess the issue. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items. We’ll work quickly to replace your plants or issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Due to their perishable nature, live plants that have been planted cannot be returned. However, we stand behind the quality of all our plants and will address any concerns about plant health upon arrival.
