Geranium ‘Brookside’ is the holder of an enviable RHS AGM, and for good reason. Its brilliant blue, saucer shaped flowers, featuring prominent maroon veins, make an enchanting summer display. Cranesbills are cottage garden classics that are suitable for beginners thanks to their easy to grow nature. Despite being a fairly new introduction, the exceptional colour of Geranium ‘Brookside’ has already made it a firm garden favourite. This fabulous hardy perennial also produces finely cut foliage with a spreading habit, providing perfect weed suppressing ground cover. Height: 60cm (24″). Spread: 45cm (18″).

Grow hardy Geraniums in a sunny or semi shaded position on any well drained soil.
Water regularly until fully established. Remove old foliage and faded flower stems throughout the growing season to promote continuous fresh growth. In autumn, cut the foliage back completely. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure to the base of the plant in spring. Lift and divide hardy geranium plants every third year to maintain their vigour.
