Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- All plants (including fruit trees, bedding plants, flower plants)
- Bulbs and tubers (Daffodil Bulbs, Dahlia Tubers, Begonia Tubers, etc.)
- Perishable gardening products
For these items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive damaged or incorrect products.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, clearly specify the item you wish to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Garden-Friendly Tip: Before returning any gardening tools or equipment, please ensure they’re clean and free of soil or plant material to help us process your return more efficiently.
